CORRELAÇÃO ENTRE O TEAM SPORTS ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE (TSAP) E A PERFORMANCE FÍSICA EM JOVENS ATLETAS DE BASQUETEBOL

Resumo


O presente trabalho investigou a correlação entre as performances tático-técnica e física de 90 atletas de basquetebol com idades entre 9 e 18 anos. Foram aplicados os testes Team Sport Assessment Procedure, Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery test level 1, countermovement jump e Line Drill test. Os resultados indicam correlações significativas entre volume de jogo e performance tático-técnica com as provas de curta duração e alta intensidade bem como com o teste de performance aeróbia.
