ATIVIDADES FÍSICAS DOMÉSTICAS E DOENÇAS CRÔNICO-DEGENERATIVAS: PROTEÇÃO OU RISCO E DISCRIMINAÇÃO? UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Resumo


A atividade física (AF) tem sido associada à prevenção de doenças. Entretanto, é importante questionar se qualquer AF, incluindo as atividades domésticas, promoveria tais consequências. O presente trabalho, através de uma revisão sistemática, objetivou verificar se a prática de AF doméstica contribui para a redução de doenças crônico-degenerativas. Foram selecionados 12 artigos e verificou-se que a prática de AF doméstica não oferece proteção e, ao contrário, pode expor ao maior risco.
