A “CAIXA-BRANCA” DOS PROJETOS SOCIAIS ESPORTIVOS: APONTAMENTOS PRELIMINARES SOBRE A AVALIAÇÃO DO INSTITUTO COMPARTILHAR – PR.

Resumo
Nas últimas décadas, nota-se a intensificação dos discursos sobre a significância do esporte como ferramenta para o desenvolvimento e a paz e proliferação de projetos sociais esportivos pelo país. No entanto, a produção acadêmica sobre os impactos destes projetos aponta para fragilidades e desafios, especialmente no que se refere à avaliação do impacto destas iniciativas. Este ensaio tem por objetivo estabelecer um diálogo com a produção sobre o tema, apontando para possibilidades de utilização dos pressupostos da avaliação baseada na teoria para a análise dos projetos de Iniciação ao Voleibol do Instituto Compartilhar - PR.
